Memory Compiler Engineer / QA Engineer

  • 01 Job openingResponsibilities and ​Opportunities

    Design, optimization, and verification of IP memory compiler
    Creation of memory variants including high-speed, high-density, or low-power options
    Firmware ​development ​for memory controller, validation, and ​debugging
    Planning ​and executing ​memory interfaces, validation, ​and feature enablement
    Development of memory solutions across different process nodes, with experience in FinFET considered advantageous
    Testing memory compilers for various technological implementations
    Ensuring quality standards are met across memory compiler implementations
    Supporting the development and enhancement of memory compiler technology
    Tuning/Optimization ​of memory ​interface ​timing ​and IO setting
    Collaborate ​with ​the HW test ​engineers ​for ​tuning/optimization
    Identify any functional ​issues, and ​perform ​root-cause analysis, ​and drive ​closure ​of the issues ​found

  • 02 Job openingKey Qualifications

    BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Ph D is plus.
    Experience in memory circuit design and optimization
    Knowledge of memory architecture and implementation constraints
    Experience ​with embedded firmware
    Strong understanding and coding skills in C/C++/Python
    Strong understanding of the protocol for Memory
    Excellent debugging skills
    Able to ramp up fast and must have the attitude to work with the team
    Knowledge of memory design and compiler testing methodologies
    Ability to collaborate with global customer engineering team
